Transaction verification

Transaction verification here means checking a specific incoming chain event against the payment the caller described. The inputs are the chain, the network, the transaction hash, and the recipient.

Blockchain transaction evidence

Blockchain transaction evidence is the set of checks attached to the verdict. Each item has a type and a boolean result. A seen transaction, a successful execution, an asset match, a balance change, and finality stay separate. OTV does not collapse them into one word.

Public verdict pages are lookups by verdict ID at /verifier. They are not wallet-address directories, and they do not publish private keys, seeds, or API secrets.
